This makes me very happy. I didn't see a single shot of the US Open tennis tournament due to not having Sky. Could only listen to radio commentary for the first set of the final before retiring late last night, but woke in the morning to the marvellous news of Murray's success. Talking head
Had a brainwave and have cracked the the case of continuous screencap production. Provided I keep the hotkey depressed, snapshot keeps making caps into a designated folder. Hoorah! There should still be a way to set this up automatically, but for gifs I don't need or want more than about twenty frames in a row or I'll go completely cross-eyed ( Read more... ) -

Yesterday evening I saw a friend who is studying for a degree with the Open University, and she mentioned a forthcoming module on Carmen. I mentioned that it was currently being performed by Opera North, and half a glass of wine each later we’d planned a round trip to see it together tomorrow. :-)
